If you SQL databaseexplained in this section.is dedicated to sending email, then you can executethe SQL job all day long.However, if this server alsoperforms other duties it might be better to schedule the SQL job for off peak hoursso that you don t bring down the server with a high CPU load during the sendprocess.The following shows how to install the SQL job manually.First you should expand the management tab on the enterprise manager to reveal the SQLServer Agent.Expand the SQL server Agent to reveal the Jobs tree item.Right click on theJobs tree item and select New Job.8 Ideal List ServerYou should see a dialog similar to this one.Go ahead and give the Job a name.I ve calledmine idealls_sendEmail.You may also give the job a description.Next you will want to assign steps to the job.Click on the Steps tab to open the steps partof the dialog.Click the NEW button to create a new step.9 Ideal List ServerI ve called this step sendEmail and it is of type Transact-SQL Script (TSQL.)
